At Vasant Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange. 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 48 hours of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vasantapparel.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the payment mode is online, the refund will be initiated when we receive the product. COD payments are processed on next working Saturday after we receive the product, on your choice of refund source; Bank Account/UPI/Store Credit.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, you must do so within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate an exchange, please initiate the return on the Returns/Exchange section on our website header. Once we receive your exchange, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If the payment mode is online, the refund will be initiated when we receive the product. COD payments are processed on next working Saturday after we receive the product, on your choice of refund source; Bank Account/UPI/Store Credit.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@vasantapparel.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.
